Sometimes, you won’t see the tiniest change in your life, no matter how much inner work you’re doing.
Which is exactly when most people give up, thinking this “energy work” isn’t working.
But when that happens, two things are required:
- Keep holding the high vision.
- Keep looking for the tiniest signs.
Yesterday, as I was admiring the crystals I bought in Barcelona, explaining each one to my boyfriend-the phone rang.
A lady was calling to book a table for the night.
Her name?
Gema. 😂
💎 Crystals… Gema…
You just can’t make this stuff up.
I was like: Of course that’s her name.
My boyfriend and I couldn’t stop laughing.
The universe will call your name when you’re truly listening. Yesterday, it whispered through hers.
Every time the universe replies like that, I stop in awe.
I think about my life.
About how far I’ve come.
About how there was a time I felt so broken, I didn’t think I’d ever reintegrate.
So here’s what I want you to take away from this email:
When nothing happens, that’s usually when something big is about to.
The universe leaves what I like to call strategic breadcrumbs.
And when you spot them? Give yourself some grace.
Where were you one year ago… and where are you now?
How much has your life shifted for good?
And most importantly:
What are you grateful for today?
Remember, you’re the gem.

A veces, no vas a ver ni el más mínimo cambio en tu vida, por más trabajo interior que estés haciendo.
Y justo ahí es cuando la mayoría se rinde, pensando que “esto de la energía” no está funcionando.
Pero cuando eso pasa, se requieren dos cosas:
Sostener tu visión elevada.
Seguir buscando las señales más pequeñas.
Ayer, mientras admiraba los cristales que compré en Barcelona—explicándole uno por uno a mi novio—sonó el teléfono.
Una señora llama para reservar mesa esa noche.
Su nombre?
Gema. 😂

Esto no se puede inventar.
Y yo pensando: Por supuesto que se llama así.
Mi novio y yo no podíamos parar de reír.
El universo te llama por tu nombre cuando de verdad estás escuchando.
Ayer, lo hizo a través del de ella.
Cada vez que el universo responde así, me quedo en pausa.
Pienso en mi vida.
En todo lo que he recorrido.
En cómo hubo un tiempo en que me sentía tan rota, que ni siquiera creía poder recomponerme.
Así que esto es lo que quiero que te lleves de este email:
Cuando parece que no pasa nada… es porque algo grande está por pasar.
El universo deja lo que yo llamo migass estratégicas.
Y cuando las veas, date un poco de gracia.
Dónde estabas hace un año… y dónde estás hoy?
Cuánto ha cambiado tu vida para bien?
